What are your art requirements? 

For a seamless printing experience, please adhere to the following:

  1. Preferred Artwork Formats: Vector files work best. Submit in .ai, .eps, or .pdf formats at a minimum of 300 dpi.

  2. Accepted File Types: We can efficiently process artwork from Photoshop or Illustrator in the following formats:​

    • .pdf

    • .ai

    • .eps

    • .psd

    • .tif

  3. Art Resolution: Aim for a minimum of 300 dpi. However, for optimal results, we recommend 600 dpi.

  4. Size & Scale: Ensure your artwork is set to its intended print size. Higher resolutions than 300 dpi ensure clarity and precision.

  5. Submission Methods: You can share your digital files through Dropbox or Google Drive.

  6. Uploading Details: When uploading your artwork, make sure it's at the exact print size. If you're using Dropbox or Google Drive, include an open-access link when requesting a quote to ensure hassle-free access.

How do I pay?

For screen printing, our regular size is 13.5" x 16.5". We also offer jumbo prints at 16" x 20" with a small extra charge.

In the area of Hybrid Digital Plastisol, our prints measure 15" x 18".

​

With Direct to Garment (DTG) printing, our standard size is 14" x 16", and we have jumbo options at 16" x 21", which come with a small additional fee.

As for Direct to Film (DTF) we are able to go as big as needed!

What is your minimum order quantity? 

Screen Print & Hybrid Digital Plastisol: 50 units.

​

Direct to Garment (DTG): 15 units.

​

Direct to Film (DTF): 20 units.

​

Embroidery: 15 units.

Do you offer finishing services and special print locations?

Finishing Services: Beyond printing, we add those final touches that make all the difference. Our finishing services include poly bagging and tagging, insertion of promotional cards, and custom printed neck tags.

Special Print Locations: Our expertise extends to unique print locations such as side prints, seam prints, and shoulder prints. If you have a specific print request or location in mind, please reach out and we will see what we can do!

What is your turn around time?

Our standard turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from the arrival of the garments. However, this can fluctuate based on the shop's current workload. If you need your order expedited, we offer a rush process. Please note, this will incur additional costs, which vary depending on the specifics of the rush request.

Are you able to color separate or digitize our art?  

Color Separation: If your files aren't already vectorized and separated, we're here to assist. For images with 4 colors or fewer, there's a flat fee of $30. For images exceeding 4 colors, the rate is $50 per hour.

Digitizing: If your artwork isn't already digitized, don't worry — we've got you covered. Our digitizing services are priced based on the complexity of the design and the number of stitches required. Rates range between $15 to $50 per hour.

Do you provide the blanks?

Absolutely! Supply Season is one-stop-shop for all your garment needs. Beyond our  garment decorating services, we also source and provide the blanks for you. We have access to top-tier distributors including Sanmar, S&S, LA Apparel, Shaka Wear, AS Colour, and many more. Whatever blank you're envisioning, trust us to secure it for you!

How do I pay?

After you've filled out our quote form, we'll shoot you an invoice through email. Once you give it the thumbs up, we'll drop two links in your inbox. One's our terms and conditions and the other is your payment link.

For us to initiate production, we mandate full payment upfront; however, our returning clientele benefits from special privileges. It's crucial to finalize the payment either at or before your order is ready for shipment.

​

When considering payment methods, be aware that using a credit card or PayPal incurs a 3% processing fee. In contrast, there's no such fee if you opt for cash, check, ACH payments, or Zelle. 

​

Oh, and don't forget about local taxes! If you've got a resale permit, slide it our way, especially if it's related to your order. If you choose any of these options, please notify us when you receive the payment link, and we'll waive the associated fee.

​
